Refund and cancellation policy

This policy applies to paid pricing intelligence briefings offered by Hazelpath Pricing Signals Co., Ltd., including Supplier Pricing Digests, Competitive Quote Benchmarks, Category Price Assessments, and Trade Fair Price Observation.

Eligibility

Refunds are available when we cancel an engagement for reasons within our control, or when a written estimate is withdrawn before kickoff work begins. Fees for work already delivered are generally non-refundable.

Timeframe

Refund requests must be emailed to hello@service-hazelpath.click within 14 days of the invoice date or the triggering event, whichever is later, and include your engagement reference.

Full and partial refunds

• Full refund: Kickoff deposit returned if we have not started source collection and you cancel at least five business days before the agreed start date.
• Partial refund: If work has begun but the written deliverable is not yet issued, we may refund the unused portion after deducting time already spent, documented in writing.
• No refund: Completed digests, delivered benchmark reports, completed fair observation notes, and briefing calls already held.

Monthly digests

Recurring digests may be cancelled with 15 days’ written notice before the next billing cycle. The current cycle remains payable if source collection for that cycle has started. No pro-rata refund applies to a cycle already underway unless we fail to deliver the agreed digest.

Deposits, no-shows, and rescheduling

Kickoff deposits secure analyst time. Missed briefing calls without 24 hours’ notice are treated as delivered for that cycle. Rescheduling is offered once per cycle at no extra charge when notice is given in time.

Work already started and purchased materials

Field travel booked for an agreed fair or city visit may be non-refundable once tickets or passes are purchased with your approval. Those third-party costs are itemized and excluded from refund calculations.

Process and timing

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 15 business days of written approval. Bank fees charged by intermediaries are outside our control.
