Pages describe pricing intelligence briefings for household product suppliers, including digests, benchmarks, assessments, and trade fair observation. Website content is informational. A binding engagement begins only when both parties confirm scope in writing.

Acceptance

If you do not agree with these terms, discontinue use of the site. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Intellectual property

Text, layout, graphics, and branding on this site belong to Hazelpath or its licensors. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works from site materials without prior written consent, except for fair personal reference use of publicly available pages.

Client materials

Quotes, invoices, and assortment details you share for an estimate or engagement remain your property. We use them only to deliver the agreed briefing and as described in our Privacy notice.

No professional warranties beyond the engagement letter

Market observations reflect available sources at the time of writing. Prices change. Digests and reports are decision support for commercial buyers; they are not legal, investment, or regulatory advice.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Vietnamese law, Hazelpath is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website. For paid engagements, liability is limited to fees paid for the specific briefing giving rise to the claim, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Disputes shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. Courts in Hanoi have jurisdiction where negotiation does not resolve the matter.
